About Gleanin
Gleanin, in its own words.
“Gleanin is a Community Marketing platform that helps you attract more attendees for your events by tapping into the trusted communities of your stakeholders.”
How Gleanin describes its platform
- Create content
- Organizers create campaigns and content for their event community, from Gleanin's templates or their own design. Stakeholder data can be uploaded from Excel, and Gleanin creates the promotional banners automatically.
- Empower stakeholders
- Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees get the content they need to promote the event. Campaign links can be added to registration confirmation pages or sent by email.
- Share online
- People choose the content they like and share it straight to social channels, with one-click sharing across several marketing channels. It is web-based, so nobody needs to download an app.
- AI tools
- A facial recognition tool crops speaker images with one click, which Gleanin describes as saving time and money on graphic design.
- Reporting
- Gleanin's reporting suite shows which content is driving engagement and ticket sales, and helps answer which stakeholder is driving registrations.
- For every event format
- Built for face-to-face, hybrid and digital events. In Gleanin's words: "Built by event people. For event people."
About Go Spread
Go Spread, in our own words.
Go Spread is a tool for branded event graphics: attendees, speakers and sponsors add their photo to your design and post it on LinkedIn.
How Go Spread works
- Create the graphic
- Organizers upload their own design or build one in the Design Builder (Beta). A transparent photo area is detected automatically, and one campaign can hold several graphics, for example for attendees, speakers and sponsors.
- Share one link
- The campaign link goes into confirmation emails, reminders, speaker and sponsor kits, or a QR code on site. An Embed pop-up add-on opens the campaign on a ticketing or confirmation page.
- Personalize and post
- People add a photo (or their LinkedIn profile photo) and any text fields the organizer enabled, then post to their LinkedIn profile with a prepared caption or download the PNG. No account and no app.
- Analytics
- Campaign views, downloads, conversion, performance per graphic, direct LinkedIn posts and estimated impressions.
- Branding
- A White Label add-on puts campaigns on your own subdomain, with your logo instead of Go Spread branding in the footer. Colors and design are yours on every plan.

How to compare
Four questions for your own shortlist.
- Events
How many events a year?
Write down your event calendar first. It decides which pricing model fits your budget.
- People
Who should share?
Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, attendees, your team. List the roles and how many people each has.
- Reporting
What will you report?
Decide up front which numbers matter to you and your sponsors, then check what each tool measures.
- Trial
Try it with real people
Both tools can be tried before you pay. Run a small test with a few speakers and see how it feels.
