Go Spread vs Canva Bulk Create
Go Spread vs Canva for event graphics.
Canva Bulk Create fills one design with the rows of a spreadsheet, so your team can make a graphic for every speaker and send it out. Go Spread flips the work: you publish one branded graphic, and every attendee, speaker or sponsor adds their own photo through a link and posts it on LinkedIn.

Honest trade-offs
Where Canva is stronger, and where Go Spread is.
Where Canva is stronger
- A full design tool most marketing teams already know
- Bulk Create from CSV, XLSX or Canva Sheets, including image fields
- Good for named speaker cards when you already have every photo and name
Where Go Spread is stronger
- No spreadsheet and no export loop: people add their own photo
- Works for every attendee, not only the people in your sheet
- Direct LinkedIn posting with prepared captions
- Campaign analytics: views, downloads, direct posts and estimated impressions
- Your design stays locked; attendees can only change the photo and the fields you allow
Use Canva to design the graphic and for a short list of named speaker cards. Use Go Spread when you want every attendee, speaker and sponsor to make and post their own version.
